In prior versions of Synergy, changing enrollment information was as simple as clicking into the enrollment line of the student on the Enrollment History tab of the Student screen, and entering the new information. For security purposes, this process was adjusted in the 2023 version of the system. Now you will need to show the detail of the enrollment line after clicking on that link, and then click on the option to Change Enrollment Date. Once that opens, you can then make the adjustments you need and save the changes.
