There are not any current state reporting requirements regarding recess detention but we have added this as a disposition code in all districts so you can track this if you choose. There is a new prohibition of dismissal for students in grades K-3. Let us know if you would like us to update your current suspension disposition descriptions (4th-12th grade) to include a reminder to those who are finalizing your incidents that K-3rd grade students are not to be suspended.
