After the update on October 18th, teachers have been receiving Access Denied errors when they go to view the detail within a grid of a Synergy SIS screen they access from the seating chart. This includes the detail within the Parent/Guardian lines where many teachers access communication information. Once we know when a fix for this issue will be installed, we will let districts know.
In the meantime, the Student Profile screen should provide most of the information teachers would locate within the detail of Synergy SIS screens. The STU402: Student and Parent Directory may also be helpful.
