The new communications screens in Synergy have the option to send messages using both To and BCC fields. Anyone in the To field will be able to see the other recipients who have received the message. Using the BCC field will blind copy recipients so they are not able to see who else received the message. It is highly recommended to utilize the BCC field in cases where recipients should not be able to see who else the message is being sent to. This will help maintain privacy in the instances where it is needed.
If you are not seeing the BCC field on your Synergy communication screen, you may need to turn it on using the BCC link in the upper right. Once you click the link, you will see another address box to select for BCC.
