Distance Learning Portal


Districts are now able to directly access the Distance Learning Portal (DLP) from Synergy and choose which courses are available to users.
 
 Choosing Available Courses for Users

1. Navigate to Synergy SIS > System > User > User Groups.
2. Create a User Group for DLP or select an active User Group.
3. Add users to the User Group if needed.
4. Select the Distance Learning tab.
5. Click Synchronize.

 



6. Select Enabled for the courses the district wants available for the users in this group.
7. Click Save.

 



Logging In to the Distance Learning Portal

  1. Select Distance Learning Portal from the Support menu.


• You are directed to the Distance Learning Portal My Account screen.
• Courses selected for the User Group are available.
  


Click Go to view the learning activity, when applicable Course Materials will be available on the left side of the screen.



*Please note that some features shown in the Distance Learning Portal may not be part of your district’s current Synergy license.
