MDE has released a new status end code (leave code) that you need to use starting 2018-2019.  This is used when Pre-School screening students (grade PS) that may not qualify for a referral, but are tagged for a later date (planned pre-school re-screening), and their state aid category is a 41-45.  This new code is coming from the Department of Early Childhood Screening.  The department's email and phone number are mds.els@state.mn.us and (651) 582-1136.Here is how you add...

On the Student Course History view use the Request Tracking tab to document where, when, and for what purpose transcripts are sent.  In the detail section include the delivery type and the Transcript Option Name.

Attach Documents in PVUE/SVUE
