If you have not already, make sure you go through the Grading Setup Checklist for each school doing grades in Synergy. We are still receiving calls and emails about different items that are covered here. These settings directly impact teachers and grading, and need to be reviewed each year. 

If you notice that the Section Totals are not correct on your section, or that the number of students teachers see doesn't match the number of students they should have, you will need to Sync Section Totals. This is done from the three lines on the Section screen, and will need to be done at each school that is experiencing this mismatch.
