Synergy Grading
Come get a refresher on grading in Synergy. Learn some tips and tricks for troubleshooting issues that pop up during the year with regards to Grading Setup, Course History, and their related processes.

MARSS/Ed-Fi Update
Getting closer to certifying? Join us to discuss changes to MARSS reporting in Ed-Fi for the 24/25 school year as you move closer to being Ed-Fi reporting only. Kari Johnson from MDE will be joining us to help answer any questions you might have and address any outstanding issues or concerns for the upcoming school year.

Mobile Apps
This is an introduction into the Mobile Apps available for your district. We will review the setup needed to enable apps, compatible devices and an overview of key features in each app.

DIRS Reporting
This session will cover updated State DIRS reporting codes for 2024 and beyond. We will also review how to properly enter in an incident, required fields and frequently missed steps. The Minnesota Reports screen will be introduced and reviewed. Carly Lykes from MDE is preparing a short presentation including how to submit DIRS on the MDE site and will be available for questions.

Synergy Gradebook
Learn some helpful hints for troubleshooting Grade Book and TeacherVUE to help your teachers with frequently asked questions. Some recent new features in TeacherVUE and Grade Book will also be covered.

MCCC Set-Up/Grade Reporting
Karen Millette will be on hand to discuss changes to the Minnesota Common Course Catalog data submission process. The remainder of the session will walk you through the setup required in Synergy to get you ready to report the 24/25 school year when reporting opens in the Spring.

This is your time to ask the experts - Becky, Kari and Karen – who will be available to answer your questions and work with you one-on-one.
