The time is near…No the time is HERE

The time for what, you ask? It’s time to get everything prepped for accurately reporting your EOY data to MARSS.
But how can that be done? Well…
- Go through the EOY checklist provided on MDE’s Website (https://education.mn.gov/MDE/dse/schfin/MARSS/inst/).
- Supply reports for the appropriate departments to review, they work with the students who are more apt to catch errors.
- If you have questions for staff, ask them now while the details are still fresh in their minds.
- Ensure that you have reported every student for every program/grade so you don’t short yourself on funding.
- Get all SESH entered before the Aug submission and follow the steps to confirm the accuracy of the ADM calculated after school is out.
- If you are unsure about anything reported, review the updated manual/procedures, training docs, memos or ask your region support (if applicable) or MARSS staff at MDE.
