New User training videos are available under New User in the Training Videos folder on Synergy's Help page. As you have new Synergy users start, they should watch the videos that pertain to their job duties.
New User Training is a basic overview of Synergy. If the user will be doing more than basic functions, they should also watch the New User Admin Training.
New teachers who will use regular subject grading should watch Subjective Based Grading Teacher Training. New teachers who will grade via the custom report cards should watch the Objective Based Grading Teacher Training.
